Although it was extremely common on the reefs of Little Cayman during our late-June dives, I couldn't identify this inch-long puffer through any of my regular resources or books. This one was on the reef top at Barracuda Bight reef. My dive buddy Brad Reynolds found it among his fish books and tells me it is an adult sharpnose puffer. Well, the name fits the face, I guess.
